We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitor settings, printing processes, and manufacturing, slight variations in color or appearance may occur between digital images and printed products.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Printed workbooks are produced on demand after an order is placed. Because each copy is manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales of printed products are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist with an appropriate resolution.

4. Intellectual Property

All content sold or displayed by Gondola Music—including text, sheet music, graphics, videos, audio, exercises, illustrations, logos, and educational materials—is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No portion of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly shared without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Gondola Music is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or incomplete customer information.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gondola Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
