Refund policy

Because each workbook is printed on demand specifically for your order, all sales are final and refunds or returns cannot be accepted. If your workbook arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact me (timothy@gondolamusic.co) and I'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
